Shipping policy

- We ship our sweet treats throughout the U.S using USPS Priority Mail.

-We ship domestic U.S using USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) on Mondays and Tuesdays only.  Please understand that we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent your order from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.   Priority Express mail is also available at an additional cost.

-Our sweet treats our made to order.   Please allow a 72-hour window for us to prepare your cake balls fresh before we ship.  If you need your cake balls delivered by a certain time, we recommend placing your order at least 5 business days in advance to ensure on-time delivery.

-We fulfill all orders in the order in which they are received. High demand may result in delays or additional processing days.

-We are not responsible for delays in delivery times for packages not received due to incorrect addresses.

-Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event that someone is not available to receive the package when delivered. USPS may require a signature for delivery.

-Increased demand due to the holiday season (typically November + December) may result in processing delays. Processing times are separate from shipping times. Additional delays may come up due to increased package volume of shipping carrier.

 -Each cake ball is individually packaged and sealed then placed in a pastry box, tightly packed with packaging material.  That pastry box is then placed in a USPS shipping box.  During the warmer months, each box is also carefully packed with dry ice.  These measures are taken to ensure the quality and freshness of our product during transit.

-While we package your sweet treats very carefully so that your package arrives in the best condition, we cannot be responsible to any damage done to your order once it leaves our bakery.
